Step 1: 📢 REQUESTING NEIGHBORS WITH ROLES 📢 Get in touch with neighbors who will have town hall roles. See list of people with potential roles here on Ann's Turnout Plan Spreadsheet. Ask them if they would be willing to meet on December 12 (rehearsal at Chris's) and 14 (town hall). Confirm their willingness by December 6.
1a: Ann: Create testimony guide to share with speakers.
Step 2: 🤝 INDIVIDUAL OUTREACH 🤝 Create a list of 4 neighbors who you could have more in-depth conversations with. Add their names to the Board Reachout List in Ann's Turnout Plan Spreadsheet.
Step 3:🚪CANVASSING 🚪Canvass dates: December 6th, 10th, and 14th. These dates have been added to the HTA Calendar
3a: Eryn: Make general flyer, town hall flyer, and one pager by December 2nd.
Step 4: 🎭 REHEARSAL & FINAL BOARD MEETING 🎭December 12 meeting -- 6:30 pm.
